Horra Trading would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Our company is looking for a talented sales professional who will generate revenue by identifying business opportunities and closing deals for corporate various automotive product lines.  The sales professional is expected to have a solid knowledge in the automotive industry with a specialization in EV (Electric Vehicles) highly preferred.

Job Description:

Sell various company automotive products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and existing customers for the assigned region.

  • Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending new opportunities.
  • Communicate with leads and customers via telephone, or in person; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
  • Prioritize and/or escalate customer questions as needed.
  • Advise customers on appropriate purchase options.
  • Promote specific products as directed by the Company.
  • Inform leads and customers about current promotions and discounts.
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Introduce customers to new products that have been brought to market by the Company.
  • Maintain sales, complaints, and sales pipeline reports.
  • Plan and implement personal sales strategy for the assigned sales territory/ customer segment.
  • Serve as an Account Manager to territorial customers and ensure they are provided with services that best met their expectations.
  • Understand customers (agents) technical support requirements.
  • Communicate the need to Product Support and Training Manager for proper action.
  • Analyze competitor activities in the region and assesses opportunities for business development.
  • Find new customers and constantly expand the business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Education Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Marketing Management or in other related disciplines.

Work Experience: A minimum of 4 (four) years of demonstrated work experience as a Sales Professional in Automotive Sector.

  • In-depth knowledge on technical and market aspect of EV’s (Electric Vehicles) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Takes initiative, adaptive, and willing to teach and learn from others.
  • Willing to travel to various parts of Ethiopia to conduct various Sales & promotional activities/events.
  • Solid skill in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Amharic and English, written and verbal is highly required.

Position 2: Customer Operation Officer

Job Description:

  • Prepare sales agreement and ensure it is signed with legitimate parties.
  • Receive and respond to customer service inquiries on purchase order, fees, and charges.
  • Receive and handle inbound telephone calls from sales team inquiring about products, return products, obtain quotes and assist with all customer satisfaction related inquires.
  • Support sales team in relation to specific satisfaction issues and/or sales follow-up calls.
  • Interact with subordinates regarding post-order inquiries.
  • Work with Invoicing and Collection officer to resolve payment issues as directed by Sales Team.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Baja according to customer needs and specifications.
  • Complete relevant documentation as required.
  • Maintain an accurate record keeping system (manually and electronically).
  • Prepare data, reports and documents, analyses information as required.
  • Participate in various field marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Position 3: Manager, Marketing Branding and Communication

Job Description:

  • Develop, and execute the promotional program and review its effectiveness continually.
  • Direct the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure and technology that will support and improve the operations of the Marketing function.
  • Liaise with the marketing research and business development department and develop a comprehensive long and short-term promotional program.
  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing communications and public relations programs comprising media advertising, publicity programs, events and other elements and track their effectiveness.    
  • Oversee translation of creative briefs into advertising campaigns, media placement and purchasing, packaging art, website content, and track effectiveness of campaigns and align campaigns with product and brand goals.
  • Facilitate the production of giveaway materials by initiating and providing technical specifications for bids and follow up the distribution.    
  • Review the contents of the Company’s website.
  • Facilitate marketing communications campaigns.
  • Develop a procedure and enforce application of the Company’s brand (logo, colours etc.) for use on all premises and promotional items.
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategy under the direction of the Corporate Deputy Marketing Manager.
  • Prepare draft of Company’s social media strategy and policies that capitalize on publicity opportunities via social media channels and submit to his/her immediate supervisor.
  • Oversee e-marketing campaigns, including producing, writing and distributing Company’s e-newsletters and suggest other best e-commerce initiatives.    
  • Edit contents of marketing communication and promotional messages.
  • Liaise with other areas of the business on project related activities that require redevelopment or deployment of new web content/functionality.
  • Design and implement a range of on-line & off-line communication roadmaps.
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations, corporate newsletter, and social media contents, and speech proposals.
  • Review the identified print and social media channels for targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize print, social media and blog campaigns to generate interaction, and brand exposure.  
  • Preparing marketing budget.

Job Qualifications:

Education Qualification: MA in Marketing Management, MBA or BA in Marketing Management or Business Management.

Work Experience: At least 6 (six) years of work experience with 3 (three) years demonstrated on a managerial/supervisory role for candidates or at least eight (8) years of work experience with 4 (four) years on managerial/supervisor position for candidates with a Masters or Bachelor degree credential respectively.

Job Description:

  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for high-performance applications.
  • Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support.
  • Diagnose and fix performance issues and bugs to improve application functionality.
  • Ensure designs comply with specifications.

  • Support continuous improvement by investigating and presenting new technologies and alternatives for architectural review.
  • Collaborate with developers, and designers to brainstorm new features and functionalities.
  • Write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor previously written code to improve readability.
  • Design, develop, and implement high-performing, scalable mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Create beautiful and intuitive user interfaces (UIs) that deliver an exceptional user experience (UX) across all platforms (Android & iOS).
  • Integrate with various APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure a bug-free and optimized app experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Flutter and Dart programming.

Job Qualifications:

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience: At least 3 (three) years of demonstrated experience in Mobile Development

  • Proven experience building mobile applications with the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Proficiency with development IDEs such as Android Studio, Android SDK, and Firebase Test Lab.
  • Hands-on experience using RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
  • Experience in designing and developing microservices architecture and containers.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis, UML, and design using common design patterns.
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning, and push notifications.
  • Familiarity with iOS integration with Flutter.
  • Experience using version control systems like GitHub.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
  • A track record of delivering successful complex consumer product apps, including finance and e-commerce apps.
  • Keen eye for design and the ability to translate UI/UX mockups into functional code.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Samples of mobile applications you have worked on, including your contributions to each project.
