The scholarship program aims to develop skilled accounting and finance professionals who can support Ethiopia’s emerging capital market and ongoing financial sector reforms.

About the Program
The Accounting Technician Training Program (ATTP) is designed to strengthen participants’ practical skills in:
- Financial accounting
- Financial reporting
- Corporate finance
- IFRS compliance
- Capital market readiness
The program equips participants with the knowledge required to support organizations involved in financial disclosures, investment readiness, capital raising, bond issuance, and sukuk financing.
Program Objectives
- Build transaction-ready financial reporting and corporate finance capacity.
- Improve the quality, accuracy, and IFRS compliance of financial reporting.
- Prepare institutions for listing, capital raising, and bond or sukuk issuance.
- Provide participants with 24/7 access to a self-paced online learning platform.
