Position 1: Software Solution Architect
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in software engineering or related fields
Mid Level (3-5 years) of experience
Strong experience of technically leading complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production)
Strong experience of working within a large-scale Telecom/IT environment, ideally an operator/supplier
Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills
Preference will be given to those who have worked on payment-related projects
Requirements for professional knowledge:
Knowledge and experience of developing a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
Full knowledge of the development/delivery lifecycle of mobile money solution projects
Capability to organize and run requirement capture workshops and proactively listen to user needs
Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, C++, etc. is preferred
Ability to identify scope, assist in services cost estimation, and manage scope changes/CR process

Position 2: Software Development Engineer (DEV – React/Next.js)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in software engineering or related fields
Mid Level (3-5 years) career level with at least 2 years of front-end development experience
Participated in the entire project lifecycle from requirement analysis, development, joint debugging, to launch
Preference will be given to those who have worked on payment-related projects
Requirements for professional knowledge:
Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ES6+, modularization, asynchronous programming, browser fundamentals, and design patterns
Proficient in React 18 and Next.js 13+ (SSR/SSG/ISR, routing, component communication, state management, SEO, React hooks, Context API, Middleware, API Routes)
Familiar with mainstream UI/styling solutions and capable of developing data visualization (charts, dashboards, statistical reports)
Familiar with Git, npm scripts, Next CLI, ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript; experience in Docker, CI/CD, and Nginx deployment preferred

Position 3: Software Development Engineer (Backend – Node.js/NestJS)
Qualifications:

Junior Level (1-3 years) with 2+ years of back-end development experience
Complete experience participating in projects from requirements, design, development, and integration testing to launch
Preference will be given to those who have worked on payment-related projects
Requirements for professional knowledge:
Proficient in TypeScript, asynchronous programming, modularization, type systems, and common design patterns

Deep understanding of SDLC and testing processes (test planning, case design, defect tracking, test reporting)

Proficient in defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, Mantis

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in software engineering or related fields

Able to accept 7×24 shift work, nighttime cutovers, and major event support
Strictly comply with network security requirements and operational red lines (auditability, roll-back capability, traceability)

Familiar with wallet payment platform architecture (accounts, transaction engine, payment gateway, clearing and reconciliation, accounting engine, fund suspense)
Understand the complete business lifecycle of top-up, consumption, refund, withdrawal, reconciliation, and clearing
Proficient in Linux log/trace troubleshooting and SQL checks (Oracle/MySQL) for transaction records, balances, and batch data
Understand payment channels, API callbacks, idempotence, anti-replay, transaction compensation, and fund discrepancy handling

Qualifications:

Familiar with batch charging processing mechanisms, tariff policy adjustments, patch upgrades, and version iterations
Skilled in charging data audit, accounting verification, and financial loss risk elimination
Master system DR, high availability, active/standby switchover, and cluster status inspection

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the telecom or construction industry

Familiar with EHS laws, regulations, and standards (such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and telecom/construction site safety rules
