Hybrid Designs PLC (Ride), an innovative IT company in Addis Ababa, is launching an online platform to enable travelers hail a RIDE on demand. RIDE is the largest taxi booking platform in Ethiopia, primarily operating in Addis Ababa and Djibouti. Founded by Samrawit Fikru, it has become one of the most recognized brands in Ethiopia over 11 years.

Position 1: Partnership & Placement Officer II (RIDE Smart Distributed Kitchen)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, with a track record of managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Prior experience working within non-profit organizations (NGOs) or UN organizations.
- Experience with Mastercard Foundation programs or other Youth Livelihood and Women Empowerment initiatives is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of decentralized business models and the food delivery industry.
- Expertise in relationship management with local government offices, private entities, and community associations.
- Ability to coordinate complex logistics across multiple regional locations.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Program Officer (Training & Recruitment)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a projects or Recruitment/Training Officer, with a track record of managing high-volume participant onboarding.
- Prior experience working within non-profit organizations (NGOs) or UN organizations.
- Experience with Mastercard Foundation programs or other Youth Livelihood and Women Empowerment initiatives is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in data management systems and the use of digital platforms for tracking participant progress.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and training quality assurance standards.
- Knowledge of safeguarding principles and inclusive recruitment for vulnerable populations.
- Ability to coordinate complex logistics for training and awareness events in various regional locations.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Partnership & Placement Officer I (Creative Arts)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, with a track record of managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Prior experience working within non-profit organizations (NGOs) or UN organizations.

Position 4: Senior Procurement Officer
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree: Required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree: Preferred in Business Administration or Supply Management for higher-level positions.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Industry-Specific Experience: Experience relevant to the specific industry of the organization (e.g., manufacturing, technology, healthcare) can be highly beneficial.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior Accountant
Education & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software is required.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Solid knowledge of IFRS.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
