Position 1: Finance and Admin Officer
Job Requirement
- Education: BA in Accounting, and accounting and finance or related fields
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in finance and administration or other related fields
Required Skills
- Must be a person with effective communication skills, integrity, ethics and morality
- Very good English language skills and Computer skills (Accounting software/Peachtree, Microsoft office etc.)
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Must be willing and able to undertake frequent travel to regional project offices.
Salary: As per ilanga Ethiopia salary scale
Duration: Two years contract with a possible extension, after probation.
Working Conditions:
- Field-based work with regular community engagement.
- Possible travel for home visits and follow-up activities.
Position 2: psychologist/ social worker
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychosocial support, counseling, or community-based social work.
Required Skills
- Experience facilitating group sessionsand providing individual counseling.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and basic mental health principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work with vulnerable women and families in sensitive contexts.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Salary: As per ilanga Ethiopia salary scale
Working Conditions:

- Possible travel for home visits and follow-up activities.
