It was incorporated in 2016 and has twenty two members from India, Sri Lanka, China, Hong Kong, United States of America, Ethiopia, France, Belgium, Taiwan, and Indonesia.
Among our members, we have three local and eighteen foreign suppliers to the European and American Textile and Apparel market.
Industrial Park Investors Association would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Production supervisor
Qualification and Education Background:
Bachelor Degree in Garment Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Good English communication and computer skill.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Controlling quality and quantity of the production line
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the production floor.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
Required Number: 4
Location: Hawassa
Position 2: Quality supervisor
Qualification and Education Background:
Bachelor Degree in Garment Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Good English communication and computer skill.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality control procedures on the production line.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
