Position 1: Health System Advisor
Job Requirement
- Education: BSC in health
- Experience:
- a minimum of 3+years work experience
- Relevant experience in health program management
- Grade: S1
Skills Required
- Good grasp of the national policies and strategies pertaining to reproductive health
- Demonstrated team player with cross-cultural/language skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- A good command of written and spoken Oromiffa (for Oromia region), Amharic ( for Amhara and Central Ethiopia) and English Language.
- Willing and able to travel
- Established positive rapport with the management of the respective regional health bureaus is a plus.
- Demonstrated skill and experience on information communication technologies (ICT) and other audio visual materials is an asset.

- 1 for Oromia Region: East & West Hararge zones
Position 2: Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (RM&E) Advisor
Job Requirement
- Education: A post-graduate or equivalent qualification/ degree in Public Health, Epidemiology statistics or any other relevant discipline.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience conducting monitoring, evaluation, and research, preferably in reproductive health programs.
- Grade: S1
Skills Required
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, including demonstrated ability in the collection, management, analysis and presentation of findings.
- Demonstrated ability in word processing, spreadsheet (Excel), and statistical computer packages (Epi Info, Stata, SPSS, Power BI). Experience with qualitative packages (Atlas.ti, NVivo) desired.
- Strong management skills, including experience in research project administration, supervision of field staff, and communication among global and national staff and partners.
- Demonstrated skills on teamwork and ability to work independently
- Ability to work within time-limits and under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Able to demonstrate high level of honesty, integrity, flexibility, and punctuality
- Able to travel and perform professionally during field works
- Strong written and spoken communications skills in English.
Report to: Senior Research and Evaluation (R&E) Advisor
Position Type: Full-time
Terms of employment: One year with possibilities for extension

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Project Manager
Job Requirement
- Educational Requirements: A qualified medical doctor (MD), with master’s in public health (MPH) or other relevant fields
- Experience / Expertise:
- A minimum of 15 years progressive experience in SRH coordination and leadership
- Excellent skills in project management, including work planning, budgeting, work plan implementation and project monitoring
- Grade: Expert
Skills Required
- Innovative/creative, team builder, communicator and excellent team player
- Interested, capable and willing to travel up to 30% of his/her time to project sites and provide support and technical guidance
- Proven ability in managing and leading diverse staffs and partners
- A deep commitment to sexual and reproductive health and rights, especially in prevention of unwanted pregnancy and unsafe abortion
- Facilitation and training experience
- High integrity and attention to details
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Report to: Country Director
