This role involves engaging potential sellers, explaining the benefits of joining the platform, and supporting them through the onboarding process. The position is available in both part-time and full-time capacities.
Japi Xpress General Trading would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Indoor & Outdoor Sales Representative
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to explain technical processes in a simple, clear manner.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable meeting targets.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel locally for seller visits.
High school diploma or higher education preferred.
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Base salary plus attractive commission for each seller onboarded.
Seller Onboarding (Part-Time & Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential sellers to join the e-commerce platform.
Explain the platform’s features, benefits, and onboarding process to sellers.
Conduct both indoor (in-office) and outdoor (field) sales and onboarding activities.
Assist sellers in completing registration and listing their products.
Maintain relationships with onboarded sellers to ensure long-term engagement.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly onboarding targets.
Keep accurate records of outreach, meetings, and onboarding progress.
Location: Addis Ababa
