Job Requirement
- Qualification: BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Work experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, operations, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or export/import operations
- knowledge of ERP systems and Statistical analysis
- Language: English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo

Position 2: Leader Talent Acquisition & Management
Job Requirement
- Qualification: MBA/MA/ in HRM or Business or relevant Related fields.
- Work experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in conglomerate HRM/HRD experience in export and import trading or affiliated international organization as senior/ expert plus outstandingly capability in HRM, Talent acquisition, HR Service operation, and policy and procedures administration and business partner skills
- Language: English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo

- Language: English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo
