Position 1: Junior Foreign Purchase & Documentation Officer
Education and Qualification
- BA in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing and related fields
- Above 3 years of experience as documentation Officer preferably in construction and import company
Skills
- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
- Organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Local Purchase & Documentation Officer
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of procurement documentation and reporting.
