Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Assistant Manager-Project Sales & Filed Readiness

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Project Sales, Marketing, or Activation roles—preferably within Building Materials (paints, cement, steel, adhesives, tiles, etc.).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, project sales processes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in leading marketing strategies, activations, and sales enablement.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.

Position 2: Assistant Manager -EHS and Engineering

About You

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 EMS Standard Requirements.

2. Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 QMS Standard Requirements.

3. Knowledge and understanding of ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety Standard Requirements.

4. Knowledge on the requirements of Industrial Measurement Systems (IMS)

5. Internal Auditor Training for auditing Management Systems

6. Ensure that all ISO documentation is maintained and compliance for all activities related to the department are met.

KEY INTERFACES WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION

1. Coordinate with the Production team for periodic maintenance of equipment and during break down of machines.

2. Coordination with marketing team to execute maintenance activities in new marketing warehouse.

3. Maintenance of color world machines in case of DTS maintenance technician in vacation.

4. Submission of CAPEX approvals to hsi/her line manager in the required format.

5. Up keeping of 5S standards as requested by Department owners.

KEY INTERFACES OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION

1. Regular follow up with Machinery vendors to dispatch ordered machines on time with proper documentation.

2. Maintain good interpersonal relationship with government

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

1. B.Sc. in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering

2. 8-10 years relevant experience
