Kadisco is a company that traces its origins back from a small automotive parts dealership that was operating in one of the busy streets of Addis Ababa back in late 60’s.
Today the company produces a full range of paints for the construction, industrial and automotive sectors. It also produces wood and concrete lacquers as well as adhesives for the wood and leather industry.
Kadisco Paint would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Executive 1 – HR
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Strong communication skills in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Executive 2 -Human Resources
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Four years and above relevant work experience
- Work experience in a Factory environment is highly advantageous .
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 3: Senior Accountant
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from a recognized University; additional education or certification in finance administration is a plus.
- More than 7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate accounting department
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) , IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
