Position 1: Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer
About You
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics-
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both print/digital design and video/motion work
- Experience designing for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
- Basic photography/videography and drone footage editing skills preferred
- Prior experience in a marketing/creative agency serving similar industries.
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player who takes and applies feedback well
- Alignment with Kavod’s brand standards and professional image
Position 2: Social Media Manager
About You
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Proven track record of growing engagement and following across multiple platforms
- Experience running paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance data
- Strong copywriting skills
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Experience in real estate, property, hospitality, or B2B brand marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker who is also data-driven and results-oriented
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
