Kerchanshe Trading Company would like to invite qualified and interested job seekers to apply for the following vacant position.

Position 1: Senior Systems Administrator

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure, administer, and maintain scripts to support mid-sized enterprise network devices
  • Perform Active Directory Organization Unit (OU) maintenance
  • Work with IT to define system user roles, system domains and evaluate security or domain requests to determine appropriate role assignment and appropriate system domain visibility
  • Maintains user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
  • Create a backup and safeguard the data if there are any hindrances,
  • Interact with the 3rd party vendors and government offices.
  • Perform remote administration of network equipment (cloud based layer 3 switches, routers and firewall)
  • Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers
  • Perform systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts
  • Managing, monitoring, and maintaining cloud-based solutions on Azure. Guarantee that all Azure resources, from virtual machines to databases, are working perfectly.
  • Responsible for the development of technical project plans and testing procedures
  • Perform systems/software administration, problem resolution, and change management.
  • Implement, administer and maintain a highly available and scalable system within Microsoft Azure infrastructure services
  • Full exposure to enterprise level technologies of the complete IT infrastructure
  • Work on change management processes to prepare changes to allow flawless implementation to production during the maintenance windows
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification:

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ICT, Computer Application, Database Administration, Information System or Information science, Information Technology and related field of studies.

Experience:

  • 5 years for BSc
  • 3 years for MSc.

Special training needed to perform the Job:

  • Certificate of training in A+, Network +, CCNA, or other relevant certificates
  • Professional knowledge of network technologies and Windows clients
  • Knowledge of Windows/ Linux servers, software, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, VMware, Hyper V, networks and all related infrastructure, printers, telephony, etc
  • Exposure to SDN(Software Defined Networking), Wireless, WAN/Firewall Technologies,
  • Hands on experience Azure directory set up and management
  • Hands on experience on Office 365 portal administration
  • Handon experience on Microsoft Dynamics
  • Hand on experience on SharePoint portal management
  • Professional knowledge on G-suite business email administration
  • Professional knowledge on SD-WAN (Cisco Meraki) cloud management.

Position 2: Senior Banking Expert in credit

Responsibility:

  • Under close supervision of the director, 
  • Conducts business plans for financing,
  • Analyze the financial cost implication of all borrowings,
  • Follow all credit request status in the banks till approval and disbursement,
  • Liaison with respective loan officers/CRMs of all banks,
  • Follow up all credit facilities with all banks,
  • Maintain proper loan contract and copies of collateral insurance policy files,
  • Follow and make sure all loan repayments are being discharged per the contract,
  • Ensure all collaterals are estimated,
  • Ensure all collaterals have proper insurance cover and cover policy is renewed on time,
  • Hold all copies of collateralized Land holding certificate and Libras of vehicles and machineries
  • Conduct post disbursement follow-ups;
  • Follows up the timely collection of loan contractual agreements for subsequent filling, and other related activities as instructed by his director.

Education:

Position 4: – Import Coordinator

Generic Duties:

  • Lead, coordinate and oversee day-to-day operation of team members.
  • Set clear team goals and follow up their implementation.
  • Ensures employees follow health and safety regulations.
  • Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and evaluates all merchandises related import activities of the company.
  • Places an order to the supplier on time considering the lead time and consumption rate which the whole planning is managed by production.
  • Coordinates the management of the merchandises through efficient import execution.
  • Builds relationships with existing vendors and develops prospective suppliers to keep up with demand and drive down costs.
  • Coordinates import shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Frequently follow up orders that has been placed with the foreign supplier to be able to get the shipment as planned.
  • Closely follows up and ensures imported merchandises have arrived on time and cleared timely form port and custom.
  • Supervises the preparation and organization of all import related documents.
  • Closely supervises the settlement of payments related to bank due, freight, transport, insurance, taxes & duties, and clearing services.
  • Follows up import routines through import follow up system and updates import status to the line manager on time.
  • Manages the import claims for all the short landed & damages or over shipped materials with the insurance company & supplier.
  • Supervises import files in supporting data are readily and easily accessible way.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to imports.
  • Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Education:

BA or MA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Management, or related fields.

5 years for BA

3 years for MA

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.

Position 5: Sales Supervisor (For Buna plate and Buna plan)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Sales supervisors are responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives. They provide guidance, support and motivate the team members to achieve their sales targets.
  • Monitoring the stock reconciliation being with the accountant.
  • Monitoring sales collection on daily basis to ensure all the sold items amount are credited to the companies account.
  • Providing a written to immediate supervisors report whenever there is stock shortage or overage with the sales teams and taking corrective action.
