Kerchanshe Trading would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Junior Machine Operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience: 0–2 years of experience in machine operation or a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Ethiopian job portal
Skills:
Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Ability to work shifts when required.
Position 2: Sales Representative (Geely Vehicles and Eka Buses/Trucks & Three Wheelers)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MSc, MBA, or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Primary & Secondary Schooling (K-12)
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value product sales within a dealership company.
Experience in fleet, corporate, or institutional sales is an added advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Competencies:
Strong understanding of automotive products and sales processes.
Ability to explain technical vehicle features in a customer-friendly manner.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Position 3: Senior Performance and Learning Expert( Urgent)
Education:
BA or MA Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management/ Public Administration Development Management or related fields.
Work Experience:
5 years of relevant experience
Skills:
Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent training and Coaching Skills.
Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
Time management skills.
Position 4: Property Administration Manager
Education:-
BA in Property Administration, Management, Logistics or Mechanical Engineering (advantage)
Work Experience :-Primary & Secondary Schooling (K-12)
6-8 years relevant experience
Skills:
Asset management
Facility management
Technical (mechanical systems) knowledge
Communication and leadership skills
Vendor management and reporting.
Location: Addis Ababa
