Kerchanshe specializes in coffees from Yergachefe, Lekampiti, Gimbi, Jima and Sidamo, all of which showcase fine Arabica coffee. Since its inception 15 years ago, Kerchanshe has employed more than 1,250 permanent workers and 10,000 temporary workers, with a record of fair trade and superior customer service. It directly and indirectly affects the livelihood of more than 1 million coffee producers throughout the southern and southwestern coffee growing regions of Ethiopia.

Job Title: Trainee
BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resource, Management, Accounting & Finance, Marketing management, Marketing & Sales, Project and Business planning, Computer Science, Information Technology, International Trade and Investment Management, Agri-Business and Value-chain Management, Warehouse management, Business Management, Banking and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Public Administration and Development Management, Accounting and Auditing, Procurement & Supply Management or any other business related field with CGPA of 3.00 and above;
Graduates of years 2021 and 2022 G.C.
Work Experience: No prior experience is required. (zero year)
Invalidation: late application and unable to meet minimum requirement will leads to rejection or disqualification from application.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Strive for the achievement of the company’s goals, objective and mission by showing entrepreneur quality. Follow company’s policy and procedures, follow and accomplish the daily activities of the section, good habit of documentation and completing other duties given by your Supervisor or Manager.
