Position 1: MANAGER
JOB REQUIREMENT
Requirements:
• BA/MA degree in Management, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the NGO sector, specifically in fundraising and proposal writing.
• Ability to interpret organizational goals into concrete, actionable strategies.
• Communication skills, with fluency in English and Amharic (written and spoken). Proficiency in other local languages (e.g., Afan Oromo, Tigrigna) is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with government partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
• A high level of integrity and commitment to organizational safeguarding policies.
• Qualified female applicants are highly encouraged
Position 2: OFFICE ASSISTANT & CASHIER
JOB REQUIREMENT
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Willingness and ability to perform field work (visiting banks, government offices, etc.).
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and accountability.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word & Excel).
