Position 1: Receptionist
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients warmly upon arrival.
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling.
Answer calls and respond to client inquiries.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk area.
Support daily operations with administrative tasks.
Salary: as per company scale
Location: Adama
Position 2: Assistant – Medical Spa
Requirements:
Previous experience in a spa, clinic, or hospitality role preferred.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently.
Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to assist in different areas when needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist medical staff and aestheticians during treatments and procedures.
Prepare rooms, equipment, and materials before each session.
Support with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Provide general support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Salary: as per company scale
Location: Adama
Position 3: Nutrition Specialist
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor with MSc in Nutrition, OR
BA in Nutrition with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR
MSc in Nutrition with 1+ year of relevant experience
Proven knowledge in clinical nutrition and wellness program development
Strong communication and counseling skills
Dedication to holistic wellbeing and client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional nutrition consultations and assessments
Develop personalized diet and lifestyle programs tailored to clients’ needs
Collaborate with medical and aesthetic teams to support treatment outcomes
Educate clients on nutrition, wellness, and preventive health practices
