Lemi National Cement PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Senior HRM Officer

Job Requirement

• Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Management, Business Leadership or related field.
• Work Experience: 4 years relevant work experience

Required competency

• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and staffing strategies aligned with JV objectives.
• Establishing KPIs, monitoring employee performance, conducting evaluations, and ensuring alignment with Joint Venture strategic objectives.
• Managing payroll processing, benefits administration, statutory deductions, and compensation harmonization between partners.
  • Aligning HR policies across JV partners and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Managing workplace disputes, disciplinary processes, and fostering collaborative culture across entities.

Salary: Company Scale

Working Station: Addis Ababa

 

Position 2: ICT Manager

Job Requirement

• Required Qualification: Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Information System, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network and System Security, Information Systems and Information Science or related field.
• Work Experience: 6/8 years relevant work experience

Required competency

• Oversight of networks, hardware, software systems, and secure IT operations across the JV structure.
• Planning, deployment, customization, and integration of ERP systems aligned with JV business processes.
• Ensuring system security, data protection, and compliance across multiple partner entities.
• Harmonizing IT systems between JV partners and managing shared platforms and access controls.
• Establishing IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Aligning ICT strategy with business goals, managing IT budgets, contracts, and external vendors.

Salary: Company Scale

Working Station: Addis Ababa

 

Position 3: Legal Service Director

Job Requirement

• Required Qualification: Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Work Experience: 8/10 years relevant work experience

Required competency

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, regulatory frameworks, and international business law applicable to cross-border JV operations.
• Ability to draft, review, and manage JV agreements, shareholder agreements, governance frameworks, and board advisory matters.
• Identification, assessment, and mitigation of legal risks; ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• High-level negotiation skills and experience handling arbitration, mediation, and multi-party dispute management.
• Providing legal guidance to executives and partners while balancing competing JV interests.
• High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive corporate information responsibly.
