Position 1: Jr. Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification: BA degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: No prior experience required. Experience in the banking or microfinance sector is relevant.
Salary: Based on the organization’s salary scale and negotiable.
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Addis Ababa Branch Office

Position 4: Senior IT Officer
Required Qualification: BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in the microfinance or banking industry is preferable.
Salary: Based on the organization’s salary scale and negotiable.

Location: Head Office
Position 5: Internal Audit & Risk Management Senior Officer
Required Qualification: BA degree in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, especially in the banking and microfinance sector.
Salary: Based on the organization’s salary scale and negotiable.
