Position 1 Finance Director
Job Requirement
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally with at least 5 years in a retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or other retail
- Proven experience in managing senior finance managers.
Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of international Financial Accounting Standards /IFRS/, advanced retail ERP environments, and robust financial modeling skills.
Leadership Competencies:
- Outstanding strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills to present to the Board, strong negotiation capabilities, and a collaborative, high-integrity leadership style.
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
