Position 1: Mall Administration Manager
Job Requirement
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or Human Resources Management.
- Experience: Requires 4 to 10+ years of relevant work experience in commercial building or mall management, with at least 2 to 6 years in a senior managerial capacity.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, proficiency in financial/budget tracking, and excellent stakeholder management.
Career Level: Senior management (7-10 years)
