Position 1: Senior Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Certification: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in an FMCG, beverage, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, financial modeling) and hands-on experience with accounting ERP software.
- Industry Skills: Solid working knowledge of distribution accounting, inventory reconciliation, route sales auditing, and tax compliance.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, high ethical standards, and clear communication skills across sales, operations, and leadership teams.
Position 2: Fleet Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fleet supervision or logistics coordination, specifically overseeing delivery vans or light commercial trucks (FMCG or beverage distribution experience is highly preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with GPS fleet tracking software and telematics platforms.
- Solid working knowledge of light commercial vehicle mechanics and diagnostic processes to properly evaluate garage repair estimates.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and maintenance reporting.
Certifications: Valid driver’s license is required.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership and driver management skills, excellent negotiation abilities with external vendors, sharp attention to detail, and sound problem-solving skills under operational pressure.
