Position 1: Paid Intern – Vehicle and Spare Parts Sales
Qualifications and Requirements
Graduated in 2018 E.C. from a recognized university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in vehicle and spare-parts sales.
Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
Basic computer skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Position 2: Junior Quality Officer
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Practical experience in coffee quality assessment or laboratory work is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of sample preparation, coffee handling, moisture measurement, and defect identification.
Good numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to work in field, warehouse, and laboratory environments.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 3: Cupper
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant educational qualification.
Practical experience in coffee cupping, sensory evaluation, or quality assessment.
Good knowledge of coffee flavor profiles, sensory attributes, and common coffee defects.
Strong attention to detail, sensory observation, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to follow established cupping and sample-handling procedures.
Employment Type: Full-Time, except where otherwise specified
Location: Addis Ababa and other operational locations, as required
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
Position 4: Senior Q Grader
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant educational qualification.
Recognized Q Grader certification relevant to the coffee handled by the company.
Strong practical experience in coffee grading, sensory evaluation, cupping, and quality assessment.
Good knowledge of coffee defects, quality standards, and sample evaluation procedures.
Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
Employment Type: Full-Time, except where otherwise specified
Location: Addis Ababa and other operational locations, as required
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
Position 5: Quality Manager
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
Relevant practical experience in coffee quality management, assessment, and control.
Good knowledge of coffee grading, cupping, defect identification, and quality-control procedures.
Proven leadership and coordination skills.
Ability to coordinate quality activities across field, warehouse, and laboratory operations
