Position 1: Community Liaison Supervisor (CLS)
About You
About you:
The successful candidate will be required to have:
- University degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Geography, Education, International Development or a related discipline.
- At least three years of experience in humanitarian programming, Community Liaison or community engagement.
- At least two years’ supervisory experience managing field teams.
- Experience delivering or supervising EORE.
- Experience conducting NTS or community assessments.
- Good understanding of International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) and Ethiopian National Mine Action Standards (NMAS).
- Experience with digital data collection systems.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent report-writing skills.
- Good English and Amharic.

Position 2: Community Liaison Team Leader (CLTL)
About You

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Geography, Education, Environmental Science or another relevant discipline.
- At least two years’ experience in community engagement, humanitarian programming or mine action.
- Previous experience supervising field teams.
- Experience delivering EORE or community awareness activities.
- Experience conducting NTS or community assessments.
- Good understanding of IMAS and NMAS.
- Good report-writing skills.
- Experience using smartphones, GPS and digital data collection tools.
- Good English and Amharic language skills.
- Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
