Position 1: Emergency and Child Daycare Nurse
Roles and Responsibilities
- He is required to carry out his work in a manner that shows his professional conduct.
- He must respect his working hours and be present at his workplace.
- He should develop his knowledge and skills through training and develop up-to-date procedures.
- Pregnant mothers, pregnant women, children, and disabled people are given special priority.
- Ensures that customers can access the service when they encounter an emergency in the office.
- Referrals when faced with circumstances beyond his control; He accompanies the ambulance as needed.
- He is obliged to combine his first aid work with his childcare work and do both;
- Provide counseling services to the family and/or parents on nutrition.
- Provide first aid services for children in the daycare environment.
- Follow up on the health of the child in the daycare environment.
- Manage and administer different prescription medicines for the child.
- Inform parents of any unique behavior in the child’s family.
- Work in a team with caregivers.
- Record detail information about the child in the daycare environment.
- Perform any relevant activities

Term of Employment: contractual Basis
Salary: Monthly salary 7071.00 ETB
Required Number: Two
Purpose
To ensure the safety of every child in the daycare environment. It also aimed to make sure employees and customers are treated timely in case of emergencies and accidents.
Educational background
BSc in Nursing or Public Health with 3 years

Position 2: Senior ICT Technical Advisor
Job Summary:
- Conduct workflow analysis in the ministry, needs assessment/requirement gathering, develop implementation road maps and define optimization strategies for Integrated ERP system and ICT goals.
- Accountable for documenting and tracking ICT EO initiatives and strategic goals on behalf of ministry in development & implementation technical flow, setting standards, implementing control mechanisms and following procedure to overcome ICT duties and responsibilities.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct trainings and workshops as needed to support the Information Communication Technology Executive Office experts on Networking, cyber security, infrastructure management and datacenter admin related skills.
- Identify the current situation of Network infrastructures to enhance and strengthen ICT infrastructure in the ministry.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the MOH’s ICT team in the development and implementation of ICT strategic goals including the paperless environment in the ministry or digitalization, ICT standards and guidelines, enhancing ICT infrastructures and capacity building initiatives etc.
- Reviews and contributes to system and network performance results, the development of file transfer system standards, strategies, and workflows. Ensure the compliance with documented strategies. Contributes to technical procedures for department use to ensure uniformity of process.
- Consult Information Communication Technology staff and executive officer on main ministry ICT related issues, recommend designs, provide cost analyses, help plan projects, and coordinate tasks for installation of all telecommunication, hardware, and software infrastructure.
- Perform other ICT EO duties and mandates as member of ICT Executive Office.

Salary: Monthly salary 35,073 ETB
Reports to: ICT EO
Educational background:
Education: MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information system, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
Experience: At least 12 years work experience with BSc or 10 years work experience with MSc on designing, managing and implementation of Network administration environment is required.
Certification: Cisco CCNA or CCNP equivalent professional certification is required.
- Project/ program management and leadership & top level management related training
- Accountability: Both the Civil service and MOH Human Resource Development rules and regulations will be applied to guide the day to day services of the adviser.
Necessary Skills and Experiences:
- Experience in storage, MS – Server configuration, network configuration, blade systems, experience one or more of the following virtualization technologies and services: VMWare ESX, Virtual Center, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Experience in networking and web standards such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP, web security mechanisms, proxies, firewalls and load balancers any related fields.
- Knowledge of current protocols and standards, enhancing and improving ICT infrastructure covering all areas of the organization infrastructure.
- Designing and implementing enterprise network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks in the ministry.
- Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, WAP controller, firewalls to maximize network efficiency and security.
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure operations covering networks, data centers, servers, storage systems and databases, security and cloud technologies
- Experience with support of IT Infrastructure and to be able to help isolate and troubleshoot complex problems and failures.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP based Network such as knowledge of CCNA or CISCO network devices & routers is preferred.
