Position 1: – Senior Electrician
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify faults, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute electrical projects.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed and inventory of electrical materials and supplies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical systems and equipment

Qualification and Work Experience:
Senior Level/Engineer -II (1st degree plus10 years’ experience or 2nd degree plus 8 years ‘experience) 2
Required Competence:
- Proven work experience as an electrician, preferably in an industrial or agricultural setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid electrician license/certification is highly desirable.
- Afaan Oromiffa, Ahmaric and English language proficiency needed

Position 2: – Senior Secretary
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the GM, management team and staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Keeps the GM office equipped, safe and secured in all times
- Welcome guests and coordinate appointment program and provide any necessary office services.
- Passes personal and organizational mails/messages to the GM concerned department.

Qualification and Work Experience:
Senior secretary (1st degree and 2(two) years’ experience or diploma and 6 years’ experience) 4
Required Competence:
- Computer skills and experience of working with Microsoft office applications, power point and good typing speed.
- Fluent in speaking, writing spelling, punctuation, etc. English, Afaan Oromiffa and Amharic language is mandatory.
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship capacity, office discipline and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Position 3: – Human Resource Management and property administration Officer
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible to plans, organizes and coordinates the overall human resources and property administration of the organization.
- Ensures that human resource policies, systems, and procedures of the organization is accordingly implemented.
- Ensures that HR procedures are strictly complied with and technically he/she is accountable and work closely with all management team members.
- Ensures that the policies and regulations of the organization are in conformity with the laws and regulations of the country;
- Lead the recruitment process and ensures that every employee is given a job description and assists in the preparation of job description as required;
- Follows on completion of performance appraisals and compile them.
- Supervise and be responsible for staff accountable to the unit/site,
- Signs letters and memos related to personnel issues in consultation with concerned department/unit
- Update the filing system and manage filing the office documents for both hard and electronic copies.
- Performs other related duties as per assignments by the concerned unit.

Qualification and Work Experience:
Human resource management and property administration officer (1st degree and 6 years’ experience).
Required Competence:
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with people of varying background and cultures;
- Computer skills and experience of working with Microsoft office applications, power point.
- Must be able to make fair, unbiased decisions and stay level-headed in difficult situations;
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Afaan Oromiffa , Amharic , and English language is mandatory;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people at many different levels of responsibility. Sensitivity to cultural issues, beliefs and ability to work in a variety of contexts in the field of operation

Position 4: – Driver II
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible to provide reliable and safe driving services ensuring high accuracy of work.
- Responsible to demonstrate a client-oriented approach, high sense of responsibility,
- Responsible to drive staffs of the organization and on demand, other authorized people, in a safe, secure and reliable manner.
- Checks the safety of his car and makes all necessary pre-trip arrangements (fuel and lubricant checks, tire safety etc…) before the day’s assignments.
- Drives as per assignments given to him/her by the supervisor daily.
- Takes all necessary precautions and drives with utmost care while on assignment.
- Gets his/her car checked and maintained as per maintenance schedule.
- Respect traffic regulations and the rules of driving in the Country.
- To arrange for the regular professional service this includes maintaining a high-level of cleanliness and ensuring that oil, water, battery, brakes and tyres all meet the authorized safety regulations.
- Carries all necessary instrument kits for minor maintenance and tire change.
- Reports accidents immediately to the supervisor/team leader.
- Responsible for safe and sound keeping of the instruments given him/her for 8 precautions.
- Responsible to deliver and collect official mail and other documents as required, ensuring that all deliveries and collections are made in a timely manner.
- Checks goods loaded on him/her car are correct and in good shape.
- Takes daily allowances and fuel expense pre-payments before traveling and settle advance payment by availing legal receipt as per fiancé policy of the organization
- Performs other related duties as per assignments by the supervisor.

Qualification and Work Experience:
Driver II (Diploma/ 10 +2 / auto mechanic and 3rd/4th grade driving license and 8 years of relevant experience
Required Competence:
- Good knowledge of filled trip diving plan, organize and manage work effectively& efficiently
- Experience with driving government officials and good knowledge of security protocol
- Good communicate effectively and build trust and good knowledge of local areas and safe driving record
- Knowledge of vehicles and equipment safety, good knowledge of the area and up-to-date information on the roads and highways

Position 5: Cleaner
Responsibilities and Duties:
- The Office Cleaner is responsible for cleaning offices, furniture and office equipment, and toilets every day and makes sure the cleanness is to the expected standard,
- Directs visitors to offices & Delivers letters, documents, from one office to another as requested.
- Cleans and dusts office furniture and equipment, Washes curtains and towels and cleans lavatory, Dusts carpets and rugs manually or by using vacuum cleaner,
- Empties and cleans ashtrays and waste containers and remove rubbish, cleans walls and windows, areas surrounding buildings such as paths and entrances,
- Ensures careful handling of office equipment and machines while cleaning,
- Requests the purchase all necessary items needed for cleanness of the office and toilets,
- Provides assistance to the clerical aide, receptionist and assists in moving materials between offices when requested
- Prepares coffee and tea and serves them as necessary, Keeps custody of items like coffee/tea/sugar cups, utensils, etc
- Undertakes any other duties relevant to the position as assigned

Qualification and Work Experience:
Cleaner (8th/10th Grade complete and 2 years of work experience in a similar position)
Required Competence:
- Ability to read, write and communicate in Afaan Oromiffa and Amharic is required
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven integrity and good human relation and cleaning skills
- Responsible, trustworthy and reliable;
