Mon Real Estate would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Real Estate Sales
Educational preparation – First degree in any type of education
Experience: Two years or more of experience as a real estate sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and presentations to potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiate purchase agreements, rental contracts, and closing terms on behalf of clients.
Prepare and maintain accurate property listings with up-to-date information and photos.
Research market trends, property values, and comparable listings to advise clients.
Maintain strong knowledge of legal requirements, documentation, and real estate regulations.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Salary- 20,000 birr
Commission 4% on sales
Location: Addis Ababa
