National Aviation College is an authorized private higher education institute that is engaged in the provision of aviation related college programs. Further, with the authorization of the FDRE Education and Training Authority (ETA), the college provides different undergraduate, post graduate and distance learning Programs in Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Hotel Management, Aviation Management, Pharmacy and Comprehensive Nursing.

Currently, the College is seeking to fill the different position with competent and energetic individual on permanent condition.

National Aviation College would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1. Junior Accountant

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

0-1 years’ experience as head of registrar

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable

Help with budget tracking and expense analysis

Support audits and tax filing preparation

Use accounting software to input and organize data

Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager

Position 2. Finance and Admin Head

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, administration, or human resource management, preferably within a higher education institution or similar organization.

Financial Expertise:

Proven experience in budgeting (design, implementation, monitoring), financial reporting, auditing, and cash flow management

Position 3. Junior HR Officer

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies

Organizational and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies

Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications

Support onboarding processes including orientation and training

Maintain employee records and update HR databases

Handle documentation for new hires, transfers, and exits

Prepare reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance

Undertake other Tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Position 4. Clerk/Data Encoder

Required Skills & Qualifications

Level 4 in Accounting and related field

Perform data entry and update documents.

1-2 years’ experience as Clerk/Data Encoder

Key Responsibilities

Input financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments into databases or accounting software.

Ensure all entries are complete and match source documents.

Review and validate financial data for accuracy.

Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in records.

Organize and update financial files, spreadsheets, and ledgers.

Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports.

Provide clean and reliable data for analysis by finance professionals.

Undertake other Tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Position 5. Registrar Head

Required Skills & Qualifications

Second degree in Information technology and related area

Two years’ experience as head of registrar

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the accurate management of student information.

Overseeing admissions, enrollment, graduation & transcripts.

Lead Registrar’s office, ensuring efficient student services records management.

Oversee registration, enrollment processes for all students, ensuring that systems are efficient.

Ensuring accurate student academic records, course registrations, grades, and degree progress.

Undertake other Tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Deadline: August 22nd 2025
