Position 1: – Senior Management
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualification:
A minimum of BA degree in Banking and Insurance or Economics or Management or Accounting or Leadership or Business Administration or other related fields and preferably have diploma or advanced diploma in insurance from the Charted Insurance Institute (CII).
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in insurance with at least 6-year service at managerial positions must be in any one or more of the core areas of the general insurance operations.
Preferred Skills
Communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand;
Good piece of competency in leadership;
Shall be honest, reputable and diligent;
Clean record from disciplinary measure or from any dispute with previous employers compliance with a code of conduct;
Proven record of experience in resource allocation and disturbance handling;
Concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted;
High diligence in strategic execution;
High moral standard and ethical value;
Perseverance to work under immense pressure;
Good level insurance law and other related legal provision awareness;
Job grade: XV
Place of work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: – Senior Management
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualification:
A minimum of BA degree in Banking and Insurance or Economics or Management or Accounting or Leadership or Business Administration or other related fields and preferably have diploma or advanced diploma in insurance from the Charted Insurance Institute (CII).
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 15 years of work experience in insurance with at least 8-year service at managerial positions must be in any one or more of the core areas of the general insurance operations and out of which at least 4 years of experience at executive management position in one of the main lines of Insurance business.
Preferred Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills;
Shall be honest, reputable and diligent;
Clean record from disciplinary measure or from any dispute with previous employers compliance with a code of conduct;
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills;
Excellent time management and decision-making skills;
Good Prioritization and delegation skills
Good level of knowledge about financial institutions and insurance regulations;
Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach, manage, and develop high performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget
Success working with a Board of Directors.
