NICE is the first wholly privately owned insurance company, established in post – 1994 Ethiopia, to engage in general insurance business. Its Head office is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and operates through 43 Branch offices and 7 licensed Contact Offices located in Addis Ababa and different parts of the country. It started business transaction in October 1994.
The company is currently undertaking to attract qualified and skilled manpower to the following positions.
National Insurance would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Junior Claims Officer
Qualification:
A minimum of BA in Management or Business Management or Economics or and other field of studies.
Work Experience:
Not required
Preferred Skills:
Good level of skill in negotiation
Concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
High moral standard and ethical value
Perseverance to work under immense pressure
Experience using financial software
Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Salary & Benefits: As per company’s Attractive Scale & Benefit Packages
Position 2: Secretary Cashier
Qualification:
Diploma/Level IV in Accounting or Budget Service or related field of studies.
Experience:
Two years of relevant experience in related areas of operation
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
Basic PC knowledge
Good math/analytical skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Customer satisfaction-oriented
Place of Work: Lamberet Branch Office
Salary and Benefits: As per the company’s Scale & Procedure
