Its Head office is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and operates through 43 Branch offices and 7 licensed Contact Offices located in Addis Ababa and different parts of the country. It started business transaction in October 1994.
National Insurance would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Junior Information Technology Officer
- Qualification: BSC/MSC degree in Computer System or Information Systems or computer Engineering or related field of studies.
- Experience: No experience required
- Job grade: VI
Required Number: 2
Salary and benefits: As per Company’s Scale
Place of Work: Head Office
Reports to: Director, Information Technology Department
Preferred Skills
- Hands on Experience and knowledge in hardware, LAN/WLAN
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PHP, Python etc.) will be an added advantage
- Prior ICT experience in a setup with environmental and geographical constraints.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues
- Willing to take ownership of issue analysis and resolution efforts and commitment to get results
