Job Title 1: Import Controller

The purpose of the work/Duties/:

The Import Controller is responsible to maintain all information related to import activity. Ensure that records are correct and timely updated. Build data base to collect post clearance activities and payment information, timely update and check correctness payment documents and KPI of the clearing company.

Education qualifications;

Bachelor Degree in Purchasing, Supply management, Finance

Work experience: 2(two) years’ experience on import related field

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Job Title 2: Business Unit Manager

The purpose of the work /Duties/:

The job is designed to distribute and sell the products of Heineken Breweries Share Company – Ethiopia within the assigned District. The Business Unit Manager plays a pivotal role within the Heineken sales organization and will be critical in developing and driving a winning trade strategy and operational excellence and achieving market leadership of route to market.

The Business Unit Manager will lead a team of area sales managers within a nominated district within Ethiopia and is responsible for managing distribution/sales of the Heineken brand and volume growth within this area. The role is 75% field based in the field and 25% in the office.

Education qualifications;

University degree in Computer literacy

Work experience: 5(five) years working experience in sales and marketing of FMCG products

Workplace: Gondar

Job Title 3: Travel & Expenses Administrator

The purpose of the work /Duties/:

Accountable and responsible for verifying all T&E before accounting in the system timely. Responsible for the accounting and control on business expense claims, employee advances and its settlement, travel and expenses, petty cash operation. To perform T&E and Travel activities which include processing all received T&E activities and manage queries and exceptions, in accordance with Ethiopian statutory and tax guidelines; and Heineken policies, procedures and objectives.

Being the first point of contact for any queries related to the T&E activities, business expense claim advances.

Education qualifications;

University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Management or related subject

Work experience: 3-4 years’ experience

Workplace: Addis Ababa
