Job Title 1: – Facilities Maintenance Officer
Workplace: Jimma, Oromia
Education Qualification:
Degree or National Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Electronic Engineering or Other related field
Work Experience: Have over 3 years post-graduation work experience in an engineering function with competency in Electrical and Mechanical systems
Fully proficient in MS office, Project Management and CAD software applications
Defines project scope and deliverables in terms of time, cost, quality and business benefit
Schedules activity and identifies resource needs, dependencies and synergies evaluates progress, mitigates risks and addresses issues
Have the proven ability to work and deliver under pressure, pay attention to detail and follow up on issues until they are resolved;
Fully conversant with Health, safety, Environment and Quality policies and requirements.
Job Title 2: – NPM Project Leader
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Education Qualification and Experience:
Diploma / certificate in Project Management (Desirable)
3(three) year Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (Light Current), Computer Science / Information Technology (Essential)
Minimum of 2(two) years Project Management experience (Essential)
3(three) years of relevant Experience (Essential)
Job Title 3: – PMO Sub – Lead
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Education Qualification and Experience:
4+ years of Project Management experience in a Technology, Banking or Telco organization.
Experience working in a fast-paced Technology environment
Proven track record in delivering projects from the requirements analysis phase through the implementation cycle and be able to provide performance measures of success
Ability to excel in a constantly evolving environment
Experience and a proven track record of success creating change within teams to increase project delivery competency
Understanding of project dependencies and risk mitigation in multi-discipline projects
Conversant with key project management softwares e.g. MS Project, At Task
Knowledge of SDLCs (software development life cycle) waterfall and Agile
Job Title 4: – Specialist: Radio Network Engineering
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Education Qualification and Experience:
BSc. Honors degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering with bias towards telecommunications.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details, Communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
2(two) years’ experience in Radio Network planning and Optimization environment.
Practical knowledge on use of radio planning tools and capacity planning tools, MySQL, M2000, NetAct, Advanced Excel, Erlang-B etc.
Experience in process automation and database audits interfacing with planning tools.
SQL database queries and scripting. Python scripting for data manipulation, GIS and crowd source analytics is an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in, Nokia, or Huawei 3G equipment will have an added advantage.
Practical knowledge of all RATs and interoperability is must.
Thorough knowledge in traffic modeling, coverage and capacity forecasting& management. Knowledge in tele-traffic Engineering, LTE, and U900 is a plus.
Knowledge of Core access planning, Paging and LAC dimensioning.
Job Title 5: – Specialist: Core Access Network Engineering
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Education Qualification and Experience:
BSc. Honors degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering with bias towards telecommunications.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details, Communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
At least 2(two) years’ experience in Core access planning environment.
