Position 1: Part-Time Healthcare Professionals
Available Specialisations
AICU/ICU Nurse
Operating Room (OR) Nurse
Emergency Care Centre (ECC) Nurse
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse
Oncology Nurse
Anaesthetist – MSc
Educational Qualification፡
Nursing Positions: BSc or MSc Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
Anaesthetist: MSc Degree in Anaesthesia.
Valid professional licence or registration in the relevant discipline.
Work Experience፡
Nursing Positions: 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital, medical centre, or specialised healthcare facility.
Anaesthetist: Relevant hospital-based anaesthesia experience; specific minimum years are not stated.
Direct experience in the relevant clinical specialisation is strongly preferred.
Required Skills፡
Patient assessment, monitoring, and clinical documentation.
Infection prevention, patient safety, and professional nursing care.
Relevant intensive care, emergency, surgical, neonatal, or oncology nursing competence.
Anaesthesia assessment, administration, monitoring, and perioperative care for anaesthetists.
Strong teamwork, communication, reliability, and professionalism.
Number Required: 40.
Working Hours and Compensation: Part-time schedules, working hours, and compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
Position 2: Paediatric Nurse
Educational Qualification፡
BSc Degree in Nursing.
Valid professional nursing licence.
Work Experience፡
3–5 years of relevant hospital experience, preferably in a paediatric ward or specialised paediatric facility.
Direct experience caring for infants and children is strongly preferred.
Required Skills፡
Paediatric patient assessment and monitoring.
Safe medication administration and child-centred nursing care.
Good communication with parents and caregivers.
Infection prevention, clinical documentation, and patient safety.
Paediatric nursing training or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
ACLS training is a desired qualification.

Position 3: Cardiac Nurse
Educational Qualification፡
BSc or MSc Degree in Nursing.
Valid professional nursing licence.
Work Experience፡
3–5 years of relevant hospital experience, preferably in a cardiac unit, coronary care unit, or specialised cardiovascular service.
Required Skills፡
Cardiac patient assessment and monitoring.
Knowledge of ECG, cardiac rhythms, and vital signs.
Safe administration of prescribed cardiac medications.
Ability to recognise and escalate cardiac emergencies.
Cardiac nursing, ECG, BLS/ACLS training, or relevant postgraduate qualifications are advantages.
Position 4: Operating Room (OR) Nurse
Educational Qualification፡
BSc Degree in Nursing.
Valid professional nursing licence.
Work Experience፡
3–5 years of relevant hospital experience, preferably in an operating room.
Perioperative nursing experience is strongly preferred.
Required Skills
Operating room preparation and sterile techniques.
Scrub and circulating nursing procedures.
Infection prevention and surgical safety.
Perioperative documentation and equipment management.
Relevant perioperative nursing training is an advantage.

Position 5: Emergency Nurse
Educational Qualification፡
BSc Degree in Nursing.
Valid professional nursing licence.
Work Experience፡
3–5 years of relevant hospital experience, preferably in an Emergency Department or Emergency Care Centre.
Required Skills፡
Emergency triage and patient assessment.
Emergency stabilisation and acute patient management.
Safe medication administration and patient monitoring.
Infection prevention and emergency equipment handling.
BLS, ACLS, trauma-care training, or relevant certification is an advantage.

Position 6: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse
Educational Qualification፡
BSc Degree in Nursing.
Valid professional nursing licence.
Work Experience፡
3–5 years of relevant hospital experience, preferably in intensive or critical care.
Experience in both adult and paediatric intensive care is highly advantageous.
Required Skills፡
Critical-care patient assessment and continuous monitoring.
Knowledge of vital signs, haemodynamic monitoring, and oxygenation.
Competence in intensive care nursing and emergency response.
Knowledge of ventilatory support and critical-care procedures.
ICU certification or specialised critical-care training is an advantage.

Position 7: Surgical Ward Nurse
Educational Qualification፡
BSc Degree in Nursing.
Valid professional nursing licence.
Work Experience፡
3–5 years of hospital experience, preferably in a surgical ward.
Practical experience in postoperative care and wound management is required.
Required Skills፡
Preoperative and postoperative patient care.
Wound assessment and management.
Infection prevention and medication safety.
Patient monitoring and clinical documentation.
Specialised surgical nursing training is an advantage.

Position 8: Medical Ward Nurse
Educational Qualification፡
BSc Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
Valid professional nursing licence.
Work Experience
3–5 years of relevant hospital experience, preferably in a medical ward.
Experience in internal medicine or specialised medical care is strongly preferred.
Required Skills
General medical nursing and patient monitoring.
Care of patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
Safe medication administration and clinical documentation.
Infection prevention and patient education.
Additional medical nursing training is an advantage.

Position 9: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse

Work Experience
3–5 years of relevant hospital experience, preferably in a NICU or specialised neonatal unit.
Direct neonatal intensive-care experience is strongly preferred.
Required Skills
Neonatal assessment and continuous monitoring.
Care of premature and critically ill newborns.
Knowledge of incubator care, feeding, and neonatal safety.
Infection prevention and neonatal documentation.
Neonatal resuscitation training or NICU certification is an advantage.

Position 10: Midwife
Educational Qualification፡
BSc Degree in Midwifery from a recognised institution.
Valid professional midwifery licence.
Work Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or specialised maternity facility.
Experience in labour, delivery, and maternal-newborn care is strongly preferred.
Required Skills
Antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
Maternal and foetal assessment and monitoring.
Knowledge of obstetric and neonatal emergencies.
Patient education, infection prevention, and clinical documentation.
Advanced midwifery or emergency obstetric training is an advantage.
Position 11: OPD / Procedure Room Nurse
Educational Qualification፡
BSc Degree in Nursing.
Valid professional nursing licence.
Work Experience
3–5 years of relevant hospital or specialised medical-centre experience, preferably in outpatient care or procedure rooms.
Required Skills
Outpatient assessment and patient monitoring.
Preparation and assistance with clinical procedures.
Aseptic technique, infection prevention, and sterilisation.
Patient-flow coordination and documentation.
Relevant procedure-room training is an advantage.

Position 12: HR Generalist
Educational Qualification፡
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
4–6 years of relevant human resource management experience.
Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee administration.
Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance.
Proficiency in HRIS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
HR analytics, reporting, and employee records management.
Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Confidentiality, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
