Position 1: Finance Manager
Job Requirement
- Qualification requirements: BA/MS in accounting
- Experience (yrs):
- 12/10 Years & above 5+years of Experience as a Financial Department Head. 4+years of direct experience in Cost & Budgeting and General Accounting
- Finance Financial Analysis & Reporting: Expertise in analyzing financial data, creating statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), and performing variance analysis.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Proficiency in developing, managing, and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts.
- Cash Flow Management: Ensuring optimal liquidity, managing working capital, and forecasting cash needs Financial Modeling: Building models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and business performance Cost Management & control. Identifying cost drivers and implementing strategies for Strategic Planning, Business
- Partnering, Investment Appraisal Performance Management: Developing KPIs and dashboards to track business health.
OTHER SKILL
- ERP’ &Financial Software: Advanced skills in systems like, tally , SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite. Advanced Excel: Mastery of formulas, Pivot tables, macros, and financial functions. Familiarly with tools like Power BI, Tableau, cr SQL for data-driven insights.
- Experience with dedicated reporting and consolidation platforms. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Leadership and soft Skills: Leadership &Team Management, Communication& Problem-Solving & Analytical
