The Bank was founded with a paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of Birr 150 million, contributed by 717 shareholders.
The Bank commenced operations on October 28, 1999, with 27 employees, becoming the sixth private bank licensed in the country.

Experience: 6/8 years of banking experience, of which 2 years as Branch Manager or equivalent core banking-related position.
