Position 1: Principal Capital Market and Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Analyst
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A degree in Corporate Finance/Economics/ Business administration/Accounting, or related field.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 5/7 years in financial areas of at least 2 year relevant experience in Financial modeling. Relevant Professional certification (e.g., CISI, CFA Level I or CMSA from CFI). In Addition, relevant professional qualification(s) e.g. Project Management Professional or other equivalent qualification has an advantage.

Educational Qualification: B.A.Degree/Diploma.in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Administrative Service Management or related fields of study

Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: B.A in Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration or related field of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 4 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years as Junior Organizational Design and Development Officer or other equivalent related job positions.

Position 4: Senior Environmental, Social and Governance/ESG/ analyst
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A degree in Environmental science/Corporate Finance/Economics/ Business administration/Accounting, or related field.
Work Experience & Required Skills: 4/6 years in financial areas of which 1 year relevant experience in ESG. Experience in ESG management, sustainability reporting, corporate responsibility and also relevant professional qualification(s) e.g. Project Management, or other equivalent qualification has an advantage.
