Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994 with the paid up Capital of birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 Shareholders.
The Bank commenced its operation in 28 October 1999 by 27 employees. It joined the banking industry as the sixth private bank licensed in the country.
Position 1: Junior Banking Business Officer (Fresh Graduate)
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related Business fields
CGPA Requirement:
- Male: 3.00 and above
- Female: 2.75 and above
Experience: No work experience required
Age Requirement
- 25 years and below
NB
- Applicants must be graduates of the year 2024 G.C or 2025 G.C.
- The Bank has the right to reject the application at any stage of the recruitment process.

Position 2: Banking Business Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields of study
Experience
- 2 years of work experience in financial institutions
- Of which 1 year as Junior Banking Business Officer or other equivalent core banking positions

Position 3: Banking Business Manager I
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields of study
Experience
- 3 years of banking work experience, of which:
- 2 years as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer I), or
- 3 years as Junior Branch Controller, Junior CRO, or other equivalent core banking positions

- Newly to be opened Sherkole & Mendi Branches (Under Jimma District)
Position 4: Internal Control Officer I
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields of study
Experience
- 3 years of banking work experience
- Of which 2 years as Junior Branch Controller, CSO, Junior CRO, or other equivalent core banking positions
Place of Work
- Under Jimma District
Position 5: HR Business Partner Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields of study
Experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Of which 2 years as Associate Human Resource Officer or other equivalent related positions

Position 6: Property Valuator
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields of study
Experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Of which 2 years as Associate Property Valuator or other equivalent related positions
