JOB REQUIREMENT
• Educational Qualifications: B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
• Work Experience & Required Skills: 3 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Jr. Branch Controller, CSO (BBO), and other equivalent core business related job positions.
Salary: Per the Salary Scale of the Bank and attractive fringe benefits.
Place of work: Newly to be opened Bako Branch under Jimma District
Position 2: BANKING BUSINESS MANAGER I
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Educational Qualifications: B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
• Work Experience & Required Skills: 3 years banking work experience, of which 2 year as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer I) , or 3 years as Jr. Branch Controller, or other equivalent core banking business-related job positions.
Salary: Per the Salary Scale of the Bank and attractive fringe benefits.
Place of work: Newly to be opened Bako Branch under Jimma District
Position 3: BRANCH MANAGER I
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Educational Qualifications: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
• Work Experience & Required Skills: 5/7 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent core banking business related job positions.
Salary: Per the Salary Scale of the Bank and attractive fringe benefits.
Place of work: Newly to be opened Bako Branch under Jimma District
