The National Insurance Company of Ethiopia S.C is a state-owned insurance company headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It provides various insurance services including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, property insurance, and more.
National Insurance Company of Ethiopia S.C would like to invite qualified and interested job seekers to apply for the following different positions.
Position 1: Sales agent
Job Requirement
Education level: Completed 10th/12th grade and above
Desired Skills: Has extensive working relationships with various individuals or work institutions and has the ability to communicate quickly. Marketing or sales skills training is preferred.
Required Number (Quantity): 50
Work Experience: Zero (0) Years
Salary/Income: Paid by commission (attractive commission rate)
Work location: Addis Ababa and our branch offices in regional cities
Deadline: November 27, 2023

Registration place: At the company’s main office, Addis Ababa, Kirkos sub-city, Mule House, Lancha area, Zefco building, 5th floor, and marketing department or by email: marketing@niceinsurance-et.com
Note:
Applicants who meet the requirements must first participate in the training program organized by the National Bank of Ethiopia for 11 full days and half (50%) of the cost of the training will be covered by the training.
When applicants apply for registration; CV; they should bring their original and non-returnable photocopy of their educational certificate.
Position 2: – Branch Manager II
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or Economics or Management or related field of study.
Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as Branch Manager.
Competency:
- Good level of skill in negotiation
- Concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
- High moral standard and ethical value
- Perseverance to work under immense pressure
- Experience using financial software
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Good level of awareness about insurance law and other related legal provision awareness
