About You
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience:
- 10+ years relevant experience (manufacturing/export company preferred)
Position 2: Plant Manager
About You
Qualifications
Education:
- BSc/MSc in Food Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 10–12 years in food processing industry
Managerial Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years in leadership role
Certification:
- HACCP / ISO 22000 knowledge required
Computer Skills:
- ERP knowledge preferred
