The Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide fresh graduates with an opportunity to gain practical experience, professional skills, and a strong career foundation in the microfinance sector. Trainees will be exposed to different functions of the organization, receive on-the-job training, and contribute to various projects under close supervision.
Nisir Micro Finance would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Graduate Trainee
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
No prior experience required (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
Key responsibilities:
Participate in structured training programs across different departments.
Support day-to-day operational activities in assigned departments.
Assist in data collection, reporting, and basic analysis.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors on ongoing projects.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn, adaptability, and commitment to organizational values.
Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive)
Location: Addis Ababa
