For our growing company, we are currently looking for Sales Consultant who will work in collaboration with other departments and the sales team.
Noah Real Estate would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Sales Consultant
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering fields (Civil, Mechanical, electrical and other engineering fields), Law, Sales & Marketing or related fields from a recognized institution.
Able to work with others and a good team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant:
Help buyers discover the perfect property by considering their individual preferences, priorities, and financial capabilities.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets assigned by the company on available projects for sale.
Assist customers in understanding the values of buying projects by Noah Real Estate
Stay up-to-date on current projects and offerings, general market conditions, prices, financing, legalities affording you the ability to further advice clients.
Provide necessary inputs to your supervisor on each potential, as well as various gained customer insights in person as well as through other means required.
Actively participate on both internal and external events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads through online and offline channels.
Finding potential buyers, making follow-up calls, visiting project sites and close potential buyers.
Proficiently leverage all the digital and offline marketing tools creatively.
Understanding of marketing & sales, and the Real Estate Industry.

Position 2: Real Estate Telemarketer
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry.
• Persuasive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and market trends (or willingness to learn).
Work Conditions:
• Office-based work setup.
• Flexible hours may be required to accommodate client schedules.
• May involve collaboration with real estate agents, brokers, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generated Lead handling:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists or self-sourced leads.
Identify potential buyers in real estate services or properties.
2. Client Engagement:
Provide information about available properties, market trends, and services.
Answer initial questions and address concerns to build client trust.
Qualify leads and determine client needs for property buying, selling, or renting.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
Set up meeting for property showings or meetings with agents based on client availability.
Coordinate follow-up calls to ensure leads progress through the sales pipeline.
4. Database Management:
Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate client and lead information.
Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and client feedback.
4. Support Marketing Efforts:
Promote specific properties, open houses, or services through targeted campaigns.
Provide input on improving call scripts and marketing strategies.

Position 3: Sales Supervisor
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field, Law, Sales & Marketing, or a related fields.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Establish realistic and challenging sales quotas for each sales consultant
Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to help sales consultants improve their skills and overcome challenges.
Conduct regular performance reviews with sales agents to assess their progress against goals, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide guidance on pricing strategies, contract terms, and closing techniques.
Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure deals are progressing smoothly and efficiently.
Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.
Identify and address any bottlenecks or obstacles that may hinder sales.
