Position 1: C Senior Market Intelligence and Price Analyst
Job Requirement
Key responsibility
- Conduct market research and price trend analysis on local and international commodities.
- Prepare regular market intelligence reports to support company decisions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market demand and competition.
- Work closely with procurement, marketing, and export teams.
Qualifications and Experience :
- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in market research or price analysis.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Language Requirement: Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English are mandatory for all positions.

Position 2: Field Procurement Officer
Job Requirement
Key responsibility
- Execute field-level procurement activities in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage local suppliers and farmers.
- Ensure quality, timely delivery, and accurate documentation of procured goods.
- Report procurement activities to the head office regularly.
Qualifications and Experience :
- BA degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement or field operations.
- Ability to travel and work in field conditions.
- Language Requirement: Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English are mandatory for all positions.

Position 3: HR Manager
Job Requirement
Key responsibility
- Lead and manage the overall human resource functions of the company.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Qualifications and Experience :
- BA/MA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HR management positions.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Language Requirement: Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English are mandatory for all positions.
