Position 1: Trainee Banker
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates).
- Graduation Year: 2025 or 2026 graduates.
- Additional Requirement: Applicants must have passed the Exit Examination.
- Duty Station: Bonke, Zada, Zefine, Kambata, Ezo & Gidole Branches under Arba Minch District.
- Application Method: Submit your CV and copies of non-returnable educational credentials in person to the OMO Bank Arba Minch District Office.
Position 2: Branch Manager II
- Education: MA/MBA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- MA/MBA: 6 years.
- BA: 7 years.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Required Skills: Competence in MS Office and Leadership Skills.
- Duty Station: Bonke Branch under Arba Minch District.
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer III
- Education: MA/MBA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- MA/MBA: 4 years.
- BA: 5 years.
- At least 2 years in an officer position.
- Required Skills: Competence in MS Office.
- Duty Station: Bonke Branch under Arba Minch District.
Position 4: Customer Relationship Officer III
- Education: MA/MBA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- MA/MBA: 4 years.
- BA: 5 years.
- At least 2 years in an officer position.
- Required Skills: Competence in MS Office.
- Duty Station: Gidole Branch under Arba Minch District.
Position 5: Customer Relationship Officer I
- Education: MA/MBA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- MA/MBA: 2 years.
- BA: 3 years.
- At least 1 year in an officer position.
- Required Skills: Competence in MS Office.
- Duty Station: Kamba, Wacha & Bonke Branches under Arba Minch District.
Position 6: Customer Service Officer
- Education: MA/MBA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- MA/MBA: 2 years.
- BA: 3 years.
- At least 1 year in an officer position.
- Required Skills: Competence in MS Office.
- Duty Station: Bonke, Alifa, Zada, Wacha, Selamber, Ezo & Kamba Branches under Arba Minch District.
Position 7: Junior Customer Relationship Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Required Skills: Competence in MS Office.
- Duty Station: Bonke, Alifa, Zada, Selamber, Kamba & Gidole Branches under Arba Minch District.
Position 8: Junior Customer Service Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Required Skills: Competence in MS Office.
- Duty Station: Kamba, Alifa, Zada, Wacha, Selamber, Gidole & Ezo Branches under Arba Minch District.
Position 9: Attorney I
- Education: LL.B Degree in Law.
- Experience: 2 years of work experience, including 1 year as a Junior Attorney, Legal Officer, or equivalent.
- Required Skills: Competence in MS Office.
- Duty Station: Arba Minch District.
Position 10: Branch Auditor I
- Education: MA/MBA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- MA/MBA: 3 years.
- BA: 4 years.
- At least 2 years in an officer position.
- Required Skills: Competence in MS Office.
- Duty Station: Bonke, Zada & Gina Branches under Arba Minch District.
