As the name indicates, the Company produces 100% ORGANIC Liquid Fertilizer which is rich in microbes, improves soil fertility, increases the productivity and quality of the crop, and significantly cuts fertilizer costs.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Agronomist to join our team in Adama. The successful candidate will support the promotion, demonstration, and sales of organic liquid fertilizer products while providing technical assistance and agronomic guidance to farmers and partners in the region.
Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Junior Sales Agronomist
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Crop Production, Horticulture, or related fields
0–2 years of relevant experience in agricultural extension or agri-input sales
Knowledge of soil fertility, crop nutrition, and organic farming is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel frequently to rural areas
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in Afaan Oromo and Amharic; English is an advantage
