ORGANIZATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Project Design and MEAL Officer

Job Requirement

Educational Background and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant NGO experience in project planning, proposal development, and MEAL.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and computer applications

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Finance Officer

Job Requirement

Educational Background and Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
•  Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in NGOs or development organizations.
• Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and donor-funded projects.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management systems.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa
