Oromia Bank would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Manager-District HR Team (Readvertised)

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Management or related field with 6years of relevant experience on human resource area. Banking Experience is strongly preferable.

Position 2: Principal Talent Development Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA/BSC in HRM, Management, Business Administration or related field with 6years of relevant experience. Banking Experience is strongly preferable.

Position 3: Senior Knowledge Management Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or related fields with 4years of relevant experience. Banking Experience is strongly preferable.

Position 4: Senior Risk Management Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 5years of relevant banking experience

Position 5: Project Management Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree in Management/Economics/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 2years of relevant experience

Position 6: Asset and Facility management Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree in Procurement & Logistic Management/ Management/Business Administration/ Accounting or related field of study 2years relevant experience

Position 7: Risk Management Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 4years of relevant banking experience

Position 8: District Talent Acquisition Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field of study with 2years of relevant experience in the area of HR management. Banking Experience in the area of Talent Acquisition is strongly preferable

Position 9: ATM and POS Engineer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BSc/MSc/ in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study 2years of relevant banking experience

Position 10: Card Banking Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BSc/MSc/ in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study 2years of relevant banking experience

Position 11: Senior Workforce Planning and Onboarding Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA/BSC in HRM, Management, Business Administration or related field with 4years of relevant experience. Banking Experience is strongly preferable

Position 12: Store Management Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

Diploma/Level IV in Procurement & Logistic Management/Management/Business Administration/ Accounting or related field of study with 4years relevant experience

Terms of employment———–Permanent basis.

Additional/special skill—————–Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.
