Position 1: District Attorney
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or other related fields of study, with 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Afaan Oromo is mandatory.

- Technical Competency: Litigation, Legal Drafting, Legal Advice

Place of Work: Nekemte, Jimma and Shashemene. Staff based in Shashemene will also be responsible for handling cases from the Hawassa District.
Position 2: Senior Construction Technology & Management Engineer
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or other related fields of study, with 4 years of relevant experience.
Competency Requirements:

- Technical Competency: Construction Management, Construction Cost Management, Cost and Value Management

Place of Work: Head Office – Construction Department
Position 3: Manager, Contract Administration & Supervision
Competency Requirements:
- Management Competency: Building Team, Decision Quality, Drive for Result, Planning, Priority Setting
- Core Competency: Continuous Learning, Customer Focus, Integrity & Trust, Perseverance, Teamwork
- Functional Competency: Construction Management, Construction Technology and Innovation, Vendor Management and Subcontractors, Microsoft Projects, and AutoCAD application
Employment Type: Contractual
Place of Work: Head Office – Construction Department
